CBT SL ELBA

The CBT Elba plant is a linear, transport-optimised concrete mixing plant. Fast installation times and easy relocation – together with favourable transport dimensions – were the engineering goals of the new plant concept. The plant is equipped with a CEM 1000 S Elba single-shaft mixer and an integrated linear cassette for storing 2 to 4 types of aggregate. Scales for cement, water and aggregates, as well as all other electrical and pneumatic components, are pre-installed and ready for operation. An integrated control cabin houses the distribution panel and offers additional space for the control system. With a theoretical hourly output of 60 m³/h, the CBT 60 SL Elba is the ideal plant for a wide range of applications. No foundation is required for installation – a surface with a soil compaction of 250 kN/m² is sufficient. Only two open-top containers are required for relocation.
